We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to support the company’s commercial growth and corporate client expansion to join our dynamic immigration services team.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new corporate and private clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence within the UK immigration advisory sector.
The role will focus particularly on employer engagement, sponsor licence acquisition, and Skilled Worker recruitment partnerships while also supporting private client lead generation
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or corporate client relationship management would be highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of UK immigration routes and sponsorship pathways is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage both corporate and private clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and generate new business revenue opportunities.
• Experience working with SMEs and/or within regulated sectors (legal, immigration, recruitment, or compliance) would be advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Business, Marketing, Management, Law, or a related field is essential.
